Default Need short term rental 8/15 3 months

I am a realtor in Charleston, SC and I have a client who is building a home in Columbia, SC and will need a short term (furnished or un) for approximately 3 months beginning August 15 - can anyone recommend anything? Budget is flexible, 2 bedrooms, no pets, but as least expensive as can be would be great....it's a family of 4....please respond to this thread, or email me directly or call me at 843-568-9748. I know there are some corporate housing people in Columbia that help with relocating families..that might be a starting point.Apartment & Corporate Relocation Services is one that I know of.
