i have a quick question im a single white male and i perfer dating black females and i was like just in general are people starting be more open towards interracial dating or would i be wise to stay with within my race down south.
90% of white people won't care and of the 10% that do only a small fraction will say anything about it. Black people who disapprove of interracial dating are a little more vocal about it.
well the only reason i thought i ask this question because being from califorina things are a bit more open, and moving some were in the deep south in the smaller citys some people might say something to me to tick me off were at times i get a little hot headed at times and you might have alot of older white and black folks who might not appoved seeing a white man dating a black women. but who knows maybe with the college and the army base in columbia might kinda help out too in someways

First off, Columbia isn't that small and secondly, there are a lot of inter-racial couples here. In a small town it might be different, but I seriously doubt you would have any problems.
living in the bay area/los angeles columbia will be the smallest city i would ever live at plus los angeles just the city only is about the same population as the whole state of south carolina. but overall when i do make my final move i just hope it will be a good move for me personally and relationship wise as well.
Keep in mind that the African-American population here is a similar percentage to the Latino population in LA - huge - so I really don't think you'll generally find it to be an issue.
