Talking Customer Service/Call Center Jobs in Columbia?

Hey All!
I hope that everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving!

I will be moving to the Columbia area here in the next couple of months and I'm having a hard time finding a job in the customer service/call center field. I have tried google searches... word of mouth and no luck! Can anyone help me or lead me in the right direction? I know with the economy being the way that it is you can't be picky..but I would rather not go through a temp agency.

Thanks in advance!

There's also a big call center out by the Airport campus of Midlands but I can't remember what it's called.

Verizon Wireless has a huge call center here... I worked there for a year and a half. It's on Forest Dr. behind Midtown at Forest Acres (formerly known as Richland Fashion Mall). Go to Verizon's website and follow links for jobs.

That's the Time Warner Cable call center. At least free cable is one of your benefits

I think the one I was referring to is called NCR, or something. I know someone who worked there and I think she said they took calls for places like Lowes, Home Depot, etc.
