Default Hospitals in columbia

Can anyone tell me which hospitals offer the best pay and benefits for RN's? Thinking about relocating from Missouri.

They probably all pay about the same. Palmetto Richland Memorial is the largest.

Are you an RN and if so does Palmetto have good benefits. Usually if there are a few hospitals in the area, they have competition on salaries and benefits, so that is why I am asking if you are an RN and if you have checked into the different hospitals since most do have a little bit of pay difference.

No, I am not an RN, I'm a banker so I don't have direct knowledge of salaries at the various hospitals. I do know people that work in nursing, though, and they tell me the market is usually in need of experienced RN's.
