Default Housing help near SLED

Hey everyone,

I'll potentially be taking a job with SLED and I'll be re-locating from Charlotte. So far I've been looking/asking around and I'd like to ask what everyone thought about possibly Irmo or Lexington as possibilities for a home. SLED's on Broad River Rd, btw.

Thanks!

You'll have plenty of housing options in all price ranges in the Irmo/Harbison area both for rentals or purchases.

Lexington is fine, too. . .about a 20 minute commute. And you don't need to get on the interstate.

Are these places nice, safe communities?

I agree with everyone above, Lexington is a possibility, and Irmo or Harison would be a good idea to check out. Are you looking to rent or buy? Either way you should be able to find a place in these areas, what price range will you be trying to stay in?

Yes they are. Why drive all the way from Lexington when there are great options right there in Irmo and Harbison?
