The area is moving along very well. Essex has a product there that seems like some of the best I've seen in awhile.....I mean have you seen the new model there? Its like Woah with mostly standards only!! And then the price is around 200K for 3400 sq feet. I've heard that's the phase one prices though and they will probably go up some after more houses are built, so I think that I am going to jump on it now while the prices are good.....Plus, Essex has a great reputation to uphold!!

The model is their Sandhill floor plan and it does look great. Prices will likely go up at some point if the demand is there, but for now, it's really a great deal.
