Smile Recommended Vets

I will be moving to Columbia in the next two months and was wondering if any of you have recommendations for good, caring veterinarians? I have not yet finialized what part of Columbia I will be in - I am leaning towards NE Columbia or the Lexington area. I have an older dog with spine problems and a cat. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have used Rosemary Branson at Blythewood Animal Hospital since 1989. She has cared for my last four dogs. I trust her explicitly. I now have two JRT's and she has cared for them since I got them. They are 12 and 13 years old. I moved to Raleigh in 2005 and here to Nashville, TN last summer and I still use Rosemary. I come back to Columbia three or four times a year and the pups see Dr. B! If I have issues when I am not in Columbia I call the office and Dr. B and staff work with me. I have never used any one else (other than her partner, Dr. Roof if Dr. B is off) and there are plenty of expensive vets here in Nashville! Feel free to PM me if you have any more questions. I really can say enough good about Dr. Branson. Downside is it's a very busy practice!

Thank you so much for the information; to drive from another state to take your pets to the vet, speaks volumes. Thanks again.
