Default Looking for a private investor in Sumter...
Figured I would post this up here...
I am looking for a private investor to back a small mortgage for me. I am trying to purchase a home, have a good chunk of $$ down, but need an additional PRIMARY mortgage holder to hold a short term note for around $30K. If anyone knows of anybody, please PM me. Thanks!
