Guesstimates of what a proceedure might cost is based upon what the patient tells the dentist, not what the dentist finds once the patient is in the cbair. It is also based on not finding other problems once a proceedure starts.

But If the patient sees the dendist before the estimate is written, then this is another issue..

Unfortunately estimates are not set in stone. Not all proceedures take the same time nor require the same level of skill. Routine extractions are not always 'routine". The same cam be said of Fillings and a Root Canal. The end result is the patient may pay more than the estimate, and sometimes less.

Wehmnn does terrific work. So does dr. Trinket. If you want cheap, buy a Dremel tool and do it yourself.

Default Oral Surgeon

Recently moved here from Kentucky. Saw my dentist when visiting back home recently, and told I have a wisdom tooth that needs pulling. Can anyone recommend a good oral surgeon in Columbia?
