Default Lake Murray Boat Club

I am a member of the Lake Murray boat club but I am moving and have to get out of my membership. It cost me over $1800 for a lifetime membership; you get to take out any boat in their fleet depending on what monthly dues you pay.

Basicly for anyone that would like to take advantage of this awesome offer; I can swap over my membership to them. They just have to sign a 12 month contract and take over my monthly payments. You can give what ever you think is fair for the lifetime membership. No offer is too small, as long as you are serious.

We were looking into this previously. How many times per month would you say you actually used this service? Were the boats really in good condition, and were you able to always get the boat you wanted? We are worried that this may be a bait and switch kind of deal, it almost looks too good to be true.

8t9vt might as well be speaking for me. Please respond to his questions if you can. And let us know where the service fell short so we know the downsides as well.

Default Boat Club

ALL of the boats are brand new and in great condition. The service did not fall short at all in fact if I was not moving I would be keeping it.

Advantages -
Can take out any type of boat just about any time you want to.

All of the equipment is provided for you

Insurance is made available in case you damage the boat.

You can go out and have a good time with your friends and the gas is about the same price as a car.

I would recommend this for families for sure or single guys or gals that want to cruise the water.

Disadvantages
You can only have one reservation at a time during a holiday weekend. Meaning that is you would like to take it out all day you probably will not be able to. Reservations are from 8-2 or 2-8. Make your reservations early

Gas can get a little expensive if you like to ski and tube. I usually spent about forty a day when hauling people in a tube around for about four hours. That includes cruising as well.

You have to be in at eight even if you are having a great time. No ifs ands or buts.

Please note: I have two more days before I have to sell the membership or pay cancellation fees. If you are interested right now would be a great time to jump on board. All I ask is you make me an offer, I do not care if you offer $200, all you have to do after that is sign a one year contract with the boat club and pay you monthly dues. BTW they are open year round so you could even bring a boat out on a pretty day in October and we all know how it hardly ever gets cold here.

It works like this you can take out any boat during any weekday for 200$

The next level is any boat besides the top three speed boats any day of the week for like 240$

The top three are:

2008 22' TOURNAMENT TOW BOAT

Moomba "Mobius LSV" tournament ski and wake board tow boat equipped to produce perfect wakes.
  • Seating for up to 13
  • 325 HP Inboard with V-drive
  • Wake board tower, wake plate, water ballast, cruise control, and mirror
  • Extended swim platform and Bimini Top
  • CD Player, Sirius Radio, Tower Speakers
Moomba Boats www.moomba.com
http://www.lakemurrayboatclub.com/pics/moomba.JPG (broken link)

2007 22' SPORT BOAT

Bowrider with wake board tower and lots of horsepower for towing.
  • Sport seating package for up to 12 people
  • 270 HP 5.0 Liter I/O
  • Wake board tower
  • Extended swim platform with boarding ladder
  • Snap-in carpet and Bimini top
  • CD Player, Sirius Radio, Tower Speakers
  • Depth Finder and Compass
Chaparral SSI Sport boats www.chaparralboats.com
http://www.lakemurrayboatclub.com/pics/new220.JPG (broken link)

2007 22' SPORT BOAT (YES I KNOW ITS THE SAME, THE OTHER BOAT IS YELLOW BUT NOT ON SITE)

Bowrider with wake board tower and lots of horsepower for towing.
  • Sport seating package for up to 12 people
  • 270 HP 5.0 Liter I/O
  • Wake board tower
  • Extended swim platform with boarding ladder
  • Snap-in carpet and Bimini top
  • CD Player, Sirius Radio, Tower Speakers
  • Depth Finder and Compass

Then the premium which is what I had is any boat any day of the week for around 280$

Please also note that your ONE TIME FEE changes too.

The basic package is around $1200 to join

The next level is about $1400 to join

Then the premium is about $1800 to join.

Therefore I paid for the best my total was around $2200 with taxes etc.. All I want is someone to give me a respectfull offer. It really is a steal.

Oh and for you non experienced boaters; everyone HAS to be trained. It doesn't matter if your an expert. This allows for your wife, kids etc.. to take out the boat.

They also offer a family share plan where two families can go on one membership, however they make you pay $100 more a month.
