Take a trip down and look at the areas. Lexington/Irmo/SE Columbia/Forest Acres are all possibilities. A good buyers agent familiar with all those areas can show some sample neighborhoods in your price range and shopping over about 3 hours or so.

Yeah, we will do that a little later. We haven't moved down yet, and we really hope to move in within 2-3 months. So I just wanted to narrow down the targeting neighborhoods before talking to the agent, hopefully could shorter the whole searching process.
