Could anyone recommend an inexpensive divorce lawyer in the Columbia area?

You might want to try Cy (Cyril) Rush at Kirkland and Rush. He represented me in my divorce and I was very happy with him. He was a clientof one of my employees but I never knew that he practiced family law. I have a family full of lawyers (all prosecutors, employment law, malpractice etc) and judges. One family member (who is now a judge, but was a lawyer at the time) suggested that I go talk to him. My relative told me he knew a handful of people that Cy represented and that they were all very pleased with him. His office is downtown. The number is 252-0370. If you can keep it amicable and just get an attorney to help out with some of the details you'll likely end up out of pocket a lot less. Best of luck and I hope it goes well.

Not really sure of any lawyers, but had to chime in on the phrase 'inexpensive divorce lawyers'! Has to be an oxymoron - don't think such a thing exists! lol
