i have a 2 year old who is becoming progressively more antsy (more OUT OF CONTROL ) whenever we bring him in for a haircut. the stylist uses scissors--no clippers (which i could understand the buzzing sound might make a preschooler nervous, but scissors?!?) and he's only had 3 cuts since we started taking him in. can anyone please refer me to a kid friendly/focused salon where i can take him? his hair is getting a bit long again, and i'm about to say "_____ it" and just let it grow.

though he's only 2; if he likes watching sports maybe try one of those "sport clip" places? The atmosphere, with the tv's going on, the games, etc inside, may be enough of a distraction.
