Default Guidelines | Procedures, for renting out a residence in Richland County

I am inquiring on what I need to learn/know in efforts of handling a residential property in efforts of renting.

What needs to be done/followed in order to properly & legally execute an agreement between a Landlord & Tenant.
- Is there a standardized lease agreement document available?
- What is the process of evicting a tenant, if need be. What rights does each side have?
- What else do I need to know? My goal is to learn the ropes so that I do not have to utilize a Rental Agency to handle my affairs.

Having owned rental property in the past, I would use a rental agent for at least the first year.
