Thumbs up Interested in NE Columbia?
Check out Springhurst Subdivision. Just saw our neighbors house come on the market 10,000 below the price of the last house sold in here!!!

121 Green Glen Dr, 29223... if anyone is interested he's an army guy needing to move thought I would do my part to help him out.

Funny we already have that on our list to look at! 118k in a 130,000 neighborhood is it in good shape?? We are also hitting up a few more places around there too.

Yeah the people he bought it from trashed it and let the bank take it. I have only been inside a few times but it looks really nice in my opinion. Most of the other homes in here have sold for 128-138ish so it would appraise good, I think. What other places are you looking at?

North Springs, Spring valley maybe one more. We just need something quick, we are sick of looking at all the overpriced homes. What is your neighborhood like? Are there alot of kids?

Very Quiet, not very many kids though. Safe enough to walk at night. Home Owners Association isn't bad either. Just perfect for my husband and I. We have been here over 3 years and still Love it. Good luck! Hope I helped.
