Default Living Trust Administration

Any recommendations, for or against, a particular South Carolina trust company that can be used as a successor trustee of a Living Trust? Advice would be MOST appreciated if offered by someone who has had a trust company finish the whole process of distribution of assets. Until that point, it seems one can't tell how stress-free and successful the process will be.
