locks of love and beauutiful lengths (salon, discount, donate)

i've decided to cut my hair and rather than just have it swept away, i wanted to donate it. anyone know of a local salon supporting either the "locks of love" or "pantene's beautful lengths" hair donation programs? also, do you know if the salon give the cut for free or a discount to the donor?
