Just passed by there today after leaving CSU, they sure are moving along fast with that project.

No - not yet. Working on apartments first. I drive by there every day heading to work and on the way home.

Yeah, I didn't think so (about retail) but I wasn't sure. It just seems like anytime I'm in and out of Columbus (usually every 2 or 3 weeks) there's always a ton more built up behind Chick-Fil-A than the last time I passed by.

Glad to see Midland taking off with new development. There is another retail center going up over by the Wal-Mart Supercenter as well as a car wash. Now if we can only get the old Swift site redeveloped. That is where the Bass Pro is rumored to go.
