Just found out that a dentist is purchasing the property on Pierce Rd behind Home Depot (where the mobile home is), not sure which dentist.

I am guessing. My neighbor didn't tell much or my husband isn't nosy enough to ask lots of questions. He said the contract price is $69,900. I was hoping he would have got more than that, but it's not really commercial, at least not yet.
