See how many kids you can pile into a pick up truck, speed 90 miles an hour up the high way to Auburn and party with the college kids...

That's what all my friends did in high school. I didn't join them. Lol. I don't recommend your cousin do that either.

But there are movie theaters, malls, and the regular teenage stuff to do in neighboring Columbus/Auburn/Opelika.

Hello, Chelsea... I just posted yesterday here about the coffeeshop just over the bridge on Broadway in Columbus there is also the early sidewalk talent show at Fountain City Coffee at 1007 Broadway in Columbus, which starts at 7pm. This one is hosted by Briam Mallard & Julian Hernandez, and is also an open mic, so, again, if anyone out there is a musician or singer, bring your songs and instruments. This one gets crowded fast so get there early to sign up for performance, or drop by anytime during the night for some coffee and a listen to some of the best talent the Columbus area has to offer.

I didn't point out, though, that the coffeeshop is open for all ages, and a huge younger crowd hangs out there.

On weekends there's live music on the sidewalk, on Tuesdays there's a Triva contest, and so on... just a start in your hunt for things to do for teenagers, and thanks for posting.

I have two 17 year olds. They both have jobs in Columbus and my son just hangs out with his friends on the weekend and his twin sister enjoys time with her friends while shopping, going to the movies, going out to eat, etc.

We do have lots of things to do from Columbus to Auburn, just depending on what your cousin is interested in.
