The 2010 census population was 200,549... The 200,889 is probably the revised or July 2010 population...

If you want some 2010-2012 estimates...
Richmond 200,549/203,152
Muscogee 189,885/191,574
Miami, L.A. suburb rise on largest counties list - The Business Journals=

The estimates don't mean anything, because they based on previous years growth.... These are nothing but 'estimates', and never look similar to the actual census.... Metro Columbus and Metro Augusta WON'T really be competiting against each other this decade.... The 'estimates' are too low for metro Augusta...

Augusta 556,877 - 570,510 = 13,633
Columbus 294,865 - 298,289 = 3,424
Population of New York City area reaches 19 million - The Business Journals

Those numbers are nowhere near correct, according to the U.S. Bureau the cities 2012 numbers come out this month, and counties numbers were release in April.

Muscogee County QuickFacts from the US Census Bureau

Richmond County QuickFacts from the US Census Bureau

Which mean the I was correct.

The two links I posted are both 'estimates' similar to the previous estimates... The first number is the 2010 census population, and the second one is the 2012 estimate....

The first two links you included show the 2010 census population, and then have N/A by the year 2011....

The third link you posted clearly has the year 2011 included in the link... Its the estimates for 2010-2011, and has nothing to do with 2009 or 2012..
