Trying to find out if Columbus will soon hava another highrise either near 185 or near the Aflac, i don't think they allow anything higher than townhall downtown, so I will focus on the outside.

All depends on demand. The current real estate market is just too bad.....just look at Atlanta.

I think they have something plan in the future, maybe the new condos will sit 20 storeys high in on the river front.
but right now,there's to many things under construction as it is.

You mean like the centers and museums they're building, and I think one of those project programs showed 14 story condos for pheinox city and the columbus river front near the mills.

Not only that,they actually planning to knock down btw apartments,to create a little neighborhood and build a park.

They already working on the road.
