My husband and I are moving to Columbus for 2 years. We have no children but do have a cat. Looking for a rental home that will accept pets. Looking for a nice quite neighborhood. Willing to pay up to 1500.00 a month rent for 3-4 bedroom home. Any sugestions would be helpful. Names of realtors that could help? Thank you

Welcome to Columbus. How soon will you be here? Are you looking for a newer home to rent or a more established neighborhood?

Default Columbus

Hi. We are moving to Columbus in the next couple of months and are just about to start looking for a place to buy. As both of our kids have left home, we no longer need a large house and are thinking more about living close to the center of town, However, we want somewhere safe. Any ideas/advice

Thanks

Are you looking for something near downtown or closer to major retail and restaurant areas?

Hilton Hights and Overlook are great areas. Just blocks away from lakebottom,I think you would love the historic setting.

Which one? There are several around the city. I highly recommend the Eagle & Phenix Lofts downtown along the riverwalk. Excellent views of the river and downtown. Have you looked there?

Also, where are you moving from?

The waiting list for the Eagle & Phenix Lofts is long. You probably should check out the Empire Building Lofts.

We are moving from New Jersey, and will want to purchase, not rent so we should not have to worry about waiting lines. Is the area where the eagle Phenix lofts are safe?
