There is a place on the Costco website that allows you to inquire about a store. Doesn't hurt to put your thoughts for a store in Columbus.

Im looking for it now.. have you heard anything more about Costco looking at that area? I drove by it the other day.. They could very much put a warehouse in that area.... lol

They do but they have some smaller areas too - Macon is getting one as well, I'm sure Columbus could support one.

Don't know if any of you have seen this 6945 Jamesson Way, Columbus, GA, 31909 - Multifamily (land) Property for Sale on LoopNet.com
They must be at least considering the old Swift site still along with Academy and Michaels. This listing was updated 11 days ago. In my opinion this is the perfect site.
