I'm not about to start a pissing contest. If you lived in Columbus long enough,you should really know why Midtown is cheaper than North Columbus.

Or any area outside North Columbus.

And yes North Columbus does have crime.Look at the crime map for once,you might be surprise.

I know there is crime everywhere, especially in the ghetto. I'm just saying exit 10 is the least ghetto.

Well that exit 10 aka North Columbus was nothing but woods back in the 1990's. Maybe that would help explain why the rest of Columbus is much cheaper.

Lol or the homies hanging out on the corner, driving the housing prices down because no one wants to be the victim of a drive-by or any other senseless crime that is bred there. Exit 10 has the least amount of this problem because a welfare check doesn't get you enough money to shop out there.

Well you clearly know nothing about the city. I don't know when was the last time Columbus had a drive-by.
