The remaining parts of the Swift Mill downtown have been changed into lofts. They are now leasing! Also there is still land left for retail.

Does anyone know the answer to this?

This is where the other Swift plant location used to be as referenced earlier by another member. They finished tearing it down about 6-9 months ago. Costco has been rumored there for a long time. Recently I have been hearing that possibly Bass Pro. Either one will work for me.

Thanks - I saw someone mention that there was a Swift plant in Midland, but not where exactly - so I was not sure. Being a transplant here, I don't know all the history and prior locations of places yet.

It was at the corner of JR Allen and Manchester Expressway. Rumored site for Costco and Bass Pro.

I wish they would construct a Costco at the old Swift site... that would create the opportunity to buy many products that really aren't sold in any other stores in the area. They're also known for selling higher-quality products than those sold at Sam's. Are there any updates on Costco surveying the site?

Well there's our chances with getting flights to North Carolina.
American Airlines pulling out of Columbus Airport on June 11, just before merger with US Airways is complete | Business | Columbus Ledger Enquirer

Delta is Columbus only airline now. Maybe the airport should build around that.
