The area in the top picture is a perfect site for a high-rise mixed-use development. Couldn't ask for a better location.

Yeah, no joke... I've always said that it would be perfect for the city's first 10+ story hotel and convention hotel. WC Bradley owns it, they also just bought the Broadway-access to that property that Greystone Properties has owned for years next to Country's.

That's excellent news. WC Bradley definitely has the ability to develop a project that large. Interesting to see they purchased that from Greystone. I would imagine they are cooking something up for that site.
