I was wanting to know if anyone can help me. I am planning to move to Columbus, GA in the end of may or beginning of June and I was hoping someone can give me information on where are the best or you can say safest places to live. I am a college student if that information help and is interested in homes for rent as well. Thanks in advance.

Are you wanting a more walkable area or something close to the university?

Check out Greystone apartments. Google Woodruff Companies too. Both have nice apartment communities on the northside of the city.

Well I visited Columbus State today and I absolutely loved the campus and I'm highly thinking about living on campus because after adding up the cost of rent plus utilities and then food and all its nearly equal as living on campus

I think living on campus makes a lot of sense, and you sure can't beat the convenience!! Plus Peachtree Mall and various restaurants are nearby! The CSU UpTown campus isn't all that far either.
