Several months back there was mention of the location owner wanting to find something for the Logan's location that was't already in the Columbus market. Anyone hear any rumors or news on this? I'm just wondering since it's been since Feb that the last news I see was published for this.

Please not another BBQ joint! I would love to see a sport's grill or something similar- not a chain!

Given this location's extremely high-traffic, its proximity to CSU, and its proximity to Peachtree Mall, a Culver's would be AWESOME, AND VERY SUCCESSFUL! Surely there's some individual, or group, here that wants a successful franchise that isn't already here, and would have little competition! www.culvers.com

Is Culvers a relatively new restaurant? I had never heard of it until this year and now seeing them pop up in Metro Atlanta, McDonough and Newnan specifically.

I know they have been around for several years at least. I've eaten at one in Minnesota and I know they have one in Panama City Beach. From the wikipedia page it looks like they have been around since the early 90s in Wisconsin and the northern states, but have been expanding a lot in recent years

They're from the Mid-west and have hundreds of locations. I think they're expanding aggressively. I've eaten at several of their locations while traveling, and enjoyed ALL of them! Very clean, delicious food, awesome ice cream (custard)and great service! What more could you ask for? Hopefully, it won't be long before one of the Atlanta-area franchisees comes down here! Other awesome locations would be Mid-town, AND downtown!
