I'm curious to know if this building is being built in an L shape or just a square.
They never show renderings from another angle.

The left building is just rectangle, but the project as a whole creates an L. The right section is longer than it is wide going back to Broadway from Front.

For the residential building I am curious, from broadway I counted 7 floors but from front street I counted 6. I know for a fact that front street is at a lower elevation than broadway. Knowing this I would expect from a broadway perspective I would think that there would 5 floors above ground. Maybe the the images are not accurate to what is actually going to be built? Just curious.
