Default Columbus Georgia

I am just trying to see if anyone knows of any "haunted" places in Columbus, Georgia. I formed a paranormal team together and we are looking for places to investigate.
Thanks,
Ken

The Springer Opera House downtown has been featured on multiple national shows about being haunted. It is the oldest opera house in Georgia I believe. Truly a beautiful place, but it is known to be haunted. You should check it out.

I hear there's more spirits in Macon now, as they have better shopping and 20 lifestyle centers.

Default Goetchius House

We investigated the 1839 Goetchius House (Restaurant) and it has 5+ spirits. We are to do a 2nd investigation soon to gather more evidence.

I had a friend who lived on 20th St, the corner of 15th Ave (I think). Caddy corner from the Bradley Center anyway. It's a neat beige house with very nice wrought iron railing around a large front porch. The house was built in the 1920's by the Jefferson family who had a tombstone company in Columbus. According to the neighbor, Mrs. Jefferson was a recluse and never left the house. A friend of hers finally talked her into leaving the house to go to the doctor or something. Her first step across the threshold and she collapsed and died. My friends cat would stop and meow at a random point in space and the dog would jump up and run out of the room when that happened. They never saw anything strange or heard anything strange. Just that with the pets.
