If you're talking about the actual city limits, it really doesn't mean much of anything. These developments will still have a direct impact upon Columbus. We live in the age of metropolitan economies.

Correct.
Just not the kind of impact that Atlcol1 is expecting.
Good post.

He's not pulling stuff out of his behind. He's getting all of this from sources that he's quoting, so it appears that's who you have differences with.

I think you are contradicting yourself now....
His sources are mainly self promoting news articles and predictions rather than fact.
Give the same story to another reporter/writer and you get a totally different angle.

ROFL, exactly! This CA guy never provides factual information. It's all made up. That's why nobody takes him seriously. Thanks for the support.

Well that's all we have for just about any city these days. Everybody's in a recession; we know that. What we're looking for are signs of a turnaround, and no matter how you try to spin things, the Columbus region is set to rebound and probably a little sooner than other areas.

I don't know why he's being such a downer when everyone is trying to stay positive in the midst of this recession. Sure there's more that Columbus could do, but good things are in the pipeline. I hope the city builds on those things for future growth.

Not a very specific statement....generic and vague.
I think you are doing a little spinning yourself...???
