How are these apartments located at:
2500 Water's Edge Boulevard, Columbus, OH 43209

They are located off college avenue on the south side of 70. Do you get noise from hwy 70 or the train tracks that run near it?

The ratings appear to be very good, but I would like to hear from someone on this message board that has lived there before or is familiar with that area of town.

476 units and they are all booked till march with a waiting list. I guess that answers my question.

I had some friends that lived there - but that was quite awhile ago (over 10 years). They were very nice back then. Not sure what they're like now, but you would think with a waiting list, that would indicate there has been some positive feedback.

Decent apartments. Noisy area though. You'd be right nest to I-70 and an active railroad line.
