And what do you mean Ohioans don't like to dance!? If you want to see people dance, you better get to bristol!
I moved from Ca. a few months ago and I have found nothing to do here in Ohio, I too love house, techno, industrial type atmospheres. I used to go clubbing in San. Francisco a lot and from what I've heard and research I've done, this place is dead. YOU HAVE GIVEN ME HOPE. Do you still hang out at these places at all? which one's are the best? Thanks.

I don't mind the gay aspect of some club scenes, I'm there to get away from it all and enjoy great techno!

Axis, gay club in the Short North, has pop house every friday and saturday.

Mint and Sugar Bar, in the Arena District, has techno on nights.

Bristol has many shows, yes I was just there last week. I would def. check that out.

Bento Go Go
has techno but the nights switch.

BOMA just closed for regular club nights but hosts some special events. They just had Benny Benasi (SP?) this past month.

I would GOOGLE these places and get their schedules. Also, check out Columbus Underground, click on the message board section and they have an area with Club events.
