I-71N to 670E ramp is closed for 60 days! That's going to put a wrench in many a work commute.

I will be glad when this whole revamp is completed. Too bad that's not until 2014 and they're only building it out to account for 20 years of projected growth.

A good case for investing in a multi-modal transportation system. ODOT, however, is stuck on highways.

Area home sales up 11.4% over 2011, hinting at end to buyers

The Columbus area has had home sales up over 11% from 2011, and now has less than a 6-month supply, the lowest level in at least 7 years. What this means is that it would now take less than 6 months, at the current pace, to sell every single home available on the market. This comes after a 31% drop in the last year of available homes.

Sale prices were up 12.6% the last year.
Home sales were also up 2.5% in September 2012 vs September 2011.
