Signs of resurgence in Whitehall | The Columbus Dispatch

A nice article talking about how Whitehall, long an area that has seen decline, is starting to come back with a building boom. Several new projects are ongoing or in the works for about $125 million in redevelopment. It's nice to see the East Side getting more attention

The Creekside development had basically gone bankrupt, but a buyer has stepped in to revitalize the retail/residential complex.

Demolition near North Market clearing way for parking lot, for now - Columbus - Business First

The warehouse building at 106 W. Vine Street was demolished and the site will be a small parking lot and a pocket park until plans are formed for redevelopment of the site. The building had been on the market for 10 years, but structural problems prevented any buyers. The building was not historic.
