Default Newest Apartments/Condos in Northern parts of town

OK - I am getting very frustratrated trying to find a place to live. I have started what I hope will be a long contract in the Polaris area. I am not moving here permanently and travel light so I want a very nice and new apartment/condo to rent ( or carriage/guest house Because I travel so light I am hioing to find something pretty new.

But in reviewing Apartment Ratings (and the like) it seems like EVERY place must be bad? I really want something quite and very clean and very modern/new. I have been checking from Dublin to New Albany and north to Delaware/Galena/Sunbury.

Plus - since I am hoping to be here a while - does anyone know if any of the complexes have HEATED Pools? ( I was in DC and despite how hot and humid it is there, many of those pools were quite cold, so I'd expect an unheated pool in Columbus to be pretty cold.

every apartment complex will have at least one bad rating.. there is always someone who didn't like it for whatever reason.. be it their fault or the landlords fault.

still hoping to find out which complexes are newest,
Regarding the ratings - unfortunately it seem like almost every complex has wildly disparate ratings
