Hi just asking any budget hotels in the Columbus downtown area?

80 or preferably below $60 a night.

Staying only a night.

Must be within walking distance or short bus trip to the Greyhound station at E Town st.

TQ.

There's a Comfort Inn and Suites on South High Street about 7 or 8 blocks from the Greyhound station. It sits between the Brewery District and German Village so the surrounding neighborhoods are ok, not sure if the hotel is nice or not. The Holiday Inn on East Town Street might be in that price range too.

This is an old post and I'm sure you've already visited Columbus, but if not...stay away from ANYTHING on West Broad Street. That is, unless you like bed bugs and hearing gunshots while going to the ice machine or front desk to ask for towels.
