What's the cheapest way to get from Port Columbus Airport to the OSU campus when the COTA buses aren't running? I know taxis are around $25 one-way, but are there any cheaper shuttle services?

Are you coming back to campus after Thanksgiving? Try COTA route 52

I'm wondering specifically when COTAS routes aren't running.

Yes, but what day are you coming and when? Are you sure COTA isn't running?
As per the link, 52 runs

NOVEMBER: 20, 21, 24, 25
DECEMBER: 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12
JANUARY: 4, 5, 6

First leaves the airport at 6:25 am, and doesn't stop until 9:50 pm.

If COTA is not running due to the date or time of arrival, the cheapest way would be a taxi. Don't forget to factor in the tip. The cab stand line is not too long and is right outside the baggage carousals.

You could also ride the 2 to the place downtown where the year-round bus to the airport goes to.

There is a year-round bus between downtown and CMH now? I've been outside Columbus too long.

Apparently, it doesn't go downtown, I thought it had when I looked it up last year.
Anyway, the right way to do this is:
Take the 2 to James Rd.
Take the 92 from there to the airport.
