Dublin is very pricey. Hilliard is little better. I know people who commute from Marysville, but it's more of a hike. The majority of the young people (20s and 30s) I know who work there live in apartments and condos along Sawmill Road, especially south of the Meijer store, towards Bethel Road, and having 2-3 roommates is common.

Olde Mill Lakes is at Sawmill and Hard. I lived there for about four years making around what you are. They're extremely affordable and very big for the price. The only downside was the traffic on Sawmill during rush hour and the d*** geese everywhere, haha. I don't believe they have much of a website, but I would stop by and check them out if I was in the area.

What do you like about Dublin? Is that where your job is? I love the Dublin area, and for an affordable part of town look at Sawmil, closer to Bethel as the previous poster said. I would also say look off of Henderson Road as well.

There are actually very affordable apartments near Dublin. Off of sawmill, bethel, henderson (which is all considered north columbus but right next to dublin) have very affordable rents.
