Wink things for kiddos to do in Columbus???

Hi, I recently moved to Columbus with my family. I'm looking for some fun things for me and my two-yr old to do during the days around town (I'm a stay-at-home mom). Any suggestions? We're itching to get out of the house....Also, does anyone know of any Christian moms groups (such as MOPS) in the city (we live around Upper Arlington)? Thanks

COSI and the Zoo are always year-round favorites for kids of all ages.

For toddlers, even a trip to Tuttle Mall and their play-space open areas (whatever you call those things ) might suffice.

If I recall correctly, Upper Arlington Lutheran Church—the BIG one at Mill Run—has fellowship & activities for moms with small children.

My church in Dublin (Northwest Chapel) has an event called
"Coffee and Kids
[Bring your young children and infants to a safe and clean indoor play area and enjoy visiting with mothers, fathers and other caregivers while the young ones play. A snack for adults and children is provided."

The parents there could probably hook you up with even more to do and see... for more info the website is http://directoryofministries.northwe...g/children.htm

Northwest Bible Church and Cypress Wesleyan - both in Hilliard, have great MOPS groups. Also try the UA library - story hours for fun with your kids. Graeter's ice cream in Dublin is a fun winter activity with the kids with their indoor play area. Hilliard Rec dept used to have a drop in play time when we lived there with trikes, parachutes, and balls and the kids had a blast and it was cheap. COSI and Tuttle Mall are also excellent choices.
