I am a 29 yr old soon to be graduate of my local community college with a degree in Medical Assisting. I am a Black, single female with 2 young children looking to move my children out of my current hometown of Toledo which seems to be on a fasttrack to nowhere. Although the internet allows me a lot of useful information nothing is more dependable than feedback from the people of the area who already reside in Columbus.

Have you checked out the Gahanna area? It is in Northeast Columbus, with a quick commute to downtown. Schools here are excellent and out of all the suburbs around the Columbus, I moved here because of it's diversity. Taxes are high, but there is a wide range of housing to look at. Great shopping nearby as well as a wonderful YMCA.
