My husband and I are relocating to Columbus the end of September. I will be working downtown, near Nationwide Arena. Hubby is retired. We are an "older" couple - I'm 53 and he is 62. We will be looking for a house to rent in the area that has a decent sized, fenced backyard. A garage is a definite plus. What areas of Columbus would be an easy commute into downtown? I've seen quite a few nice looking homes in Canal Winchester, but am somewhat skeptical with the area in what I've seen posted in other threads on this forum. Would prefer less than a 30 minute commute into town. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. I should add that we do not have any children in school, so that is not an issue.
