Default Any suggestions for good townhouses or single family homes on West Side of Columbus

Happy New year everyone. I have been on the board for a while and want to thank everyone for their help and support. Currently, I live in Cincinnati because i am finishing up my senior year in college. i come up to Columbus often. From numerous research and talking to people. I have decided to send my son to Columbus Prepatory Acadmey next fall.

Currently, my boyfriend lives in RoseBrook Village in Renyoldsburg. We are considering moving to the west side to be closer to my son's school. Any suggestions? So far nothing has attracted our attention. I've check forrent.com and several other websites. When I see a place I like I cross reference it with ApartmentRatings.com. That is where they list seveal apartment complexs and previous renters tell there experience on the community. I was thinking about moving to Aston Pines but when I read the reviews I said no. To much crime they and the people said they didn't care for the upkeep. My boyfriend loves the east side and I do to. But just wanted to know if any had any good apartments/townhomes on the west. I look at Leabon Station and the reviews were bad from crime to matience and so on. Hopefully I can get a job working at local television station.

But please help us out. We're looking for a 2 bedroom townhouse or single family home with rent between $500-700. A washer and dryer in the unit would be great. Something close to Columbus Prep or around the area. Either on the West or East side of town.

Where my boyfriend lives now is great (RoseBrook Village) and I love it and would consider staying there. I also like Olde Conventry East (his parents live there), Hidden Acres, MillStream, chatham Village, Single family homes, Carnaby Village, Creek Side, and Special leasing which is located on Autumn Chase.

Thanks for the help.

At the corner of Cosgray Road and Hayden Run Road a very large development of townhomes, condos, apartments and homes has just been/ and parts of still are being built. This actually in Columbus but on the border of Hilliard and Dublin, from the looks of them they are very nice and there is a grocery store and other shopping that has just been opened right beside it
