Hello friends, and thank you in advance for your help. I am a 27 yr old single young professional needing these additional classes at CSCC for grad school in SUNY in the next couple years. I need a neighborhood that is somewhat close to my school via get there by bus or walking/biking. I wrote a list of possible neighborhoods to live in: Upper Arlington, King-Lincoln Bronzeville, Arena District, Victorian Village, Grandview, Short North, maybe Delaware?

I want to be around other people my age and older, with some night life, coffee shops, parks, and a grocery store (saw a fresh market and a Kroger's there so I am hopeful). I am looking for studio apts under $600 if possible. No kids and no pets. Its just me and my books and my art work.
