Are there any decent areas where you can buy a decent small home for 80k or less?

You might get lucky with the foreclosure crises... But otherwise get ready for sticker shock! You seriously need a broker to help you with your 80K question.

Don't look in any suburb N of I-70 (Dublin, Hilliard, Worthington, etc.). There are a few places in Grove City, Groveport, Reynoldsburg that might offer what you're looking for.
