I have been looking for a one bedroom apartment near Dublin area. I have looked at a lot of website and threads on this forum, but now I am totally lost. I have narrowed down to Karric Place of Dublin, Governours Square, Fox and Hound but then I realized they will be over my budget, which is $800 including utilities. I also heard that all Crawford Hoying apartments' bills will be sky high just because of their contract with a third party provider like Nationwide Electric.

I would greatly appreciate it if someone can recommend me an safe and clean apartment, probably under $700 so the it will be under $800 including utilities. I really don't care if the apartment has a pool or a gym. I have seen places like Harvard Square and Lexington Park but they are slammed on many websites.

Thanks in advance for your help.

You are unlikely to find anything less than $750 in Dublin. You may try looking in Grove City or the west side or outside Franklin County.
