In addition to this development, there are a ton of options a little north of there on Thompson Rd.

But, since you mentioned Old Gahanna - I remember seeing these were offering rentals some time back: Residences of Creekside, Gahanna OH
It's Gahanna, but New Albany schools. It's like living in one of those housing developments off Hamilton rd, north of morse. You don't pay new Albany taxes, but can send your kids to New Albany schools. Ill check one of the addresses in the MLS to confirm.

The key word here is "around". There are no bad areas within Bexley.

Municipal boundaries are not necessarily the same as school district boundaries. Municipal boundaries are not necessarily the same as the zip code/mailing address.

I'm pretty sure the LC Preserve is Columbus schools. There is a housing development called The Preserve just north of Thompson (that can also be accessed from Hamilton) that I believe is New Albany schools, but I'm pretty sure the LC development is Columbus schools.

I believe you are correct. I know that when i was contemplating buying a house, that the housing development off Hamilton was my #1 choice. CSD taxes while being in Nee Albany school district without the hassle of living way up in New Albany. Win/Win if you ask me.
