Looks like your typical Wolf spider. They tend to be large and nasty looking, but they're fairly harmless.

Looks massive... Its eyes are big enough to cause red-eye in the camera flash! I'd lasso that thing and take it outside. I get a big gallon of bug spray and soak the perimeter of my house foundation on the outside in the beginning of spring and again like Aug/Sept.
