Default Rental Homes - Westerville - Worthington

We will be relocating to Columbus this summer and are interested in renting a home. Right now, we are schedule to be in Columbus for two years. We are looking for a nice, spacious rental (approx 3,000 sq ft) that we may possibly make an offer on if we decide to stay in Columbus for more than two years.

We are interested in renting in Westerville or Worthington. Does anyone know where I can locate or how I can receive a listing of rentals in those areas? I recently received an email from real estate agent with Prudential and she told me that there is not a central database for rentals. I find it hard to believe that with the way the housing market is that there are no rentals available and that realtors don't do property management in the Columbus area.

Thanks.

Trailblazer,
Unfortunately finding a rental from out of town is probably going to be tuff. There alot of houses for rent but finding them can be tricky. RPM management 614-766-6500 is a company that alot of people use to manage rentals. In my opinion they dont do a good job communicating tho (u likley will have to call mutiple times to get anything done) but they have a large selection of houses. Also newspapers are a great source and sometimes realtors can be helpful. Another one is in Westerville, Pingue Rentals- 614-846-3900- I know the owner he is a good guy but I don't know if he has any larger homes but if he doesnt he might know someone who does.
Hope that helps.
